We're looking for a Fabric Technician who will undertake fabric-related duties throughout County Hall and ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities

-Complete general fabric PPM tasks as per the site planner

-Undertake fabric repairs within SLA times, including small redecoration works, painting, door furniture, door closures, locks, filling and making good, and minor woodworking

-Record job status accurately using the PDA

-Maintain the client's premises to the highest standard through a proactive approach to repairs

-Assist onsite engineers and undertake escort duties for subcontractors when required

Required Qualifications

applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

-Served a recognised fabric apprenticeship or completed relevant fabric training courses, with the necessary experience

-Good understanding of Health & Safety practices

-High standards with a keen eye for detail, punctual and reliable

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Capability to attend site meetings, training, and work outside normal hours where required
