We're looking for a Plumbing Operative who will support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various sites, working safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Role Responsibilities

-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

-Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware, drainage, and complete small installation works

-Support wider building services activities including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric tasks

-Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times

-Maintain tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

-NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent recognised qualification

-Experience within facilities management, commercial, or building services environments

-Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills

-Good understanding of water hygiene, Health & Safety, and compliance requirements

-Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team

-Full UK driving licence

-G3 Unvented Hot Water System qualification
