Laundry Assistant - Care Home

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and caring Laundry Assistant to join our friendly care home team. This is an important role in helping us maintain a clean, organised and comfortable environment for our residents by ensuring clothing, bedding and laundry items are cared for to a high standard.

• Wash, dry, fold and organise residents’ clothing, bedding and other laundry items.

• Help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic laundry environment.

• Ensure residents’ personal items are handled with care and returned correctly.

• Follow infection prevention, laundry and health and safety procedures.

• Support the wider team by being flexible and willing to help where needed.
