About this role

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to help grow our business.

Meridian Packaging supplies bespoke printed packaging to takeaway, foodservice and wholesale customers throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, we're looking for someone who enjoys winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and developing new opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in packaging sales, or someone with strong B2B sales experience looking to join a growing company where your success is rewarded through uncapped commission.

What you'll be doing

Generating new business across the UK.

Managing and developing existing customer accounts.

Preparing quotations and following up enquiries.

Identifying new markets and sales opportunities.

Visiting customers when required.

Representing the company at UK and occasional overseas trade exhibitions.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years' B2B sales experience.

Packaging industry experience is preferred.

A proven track record of generating new business.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and organised.

Good Microsoft Office skills.

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Applicants must live within approximately 45 minutes of our Mansfield office

Packaging industry experience is highly desirable, but we will consider exceptional B2B sales professionals from related industries. Product training will be provided.
