Service Delivery Manager

Glen Group are seeking a proactive and experienced Full Time, Permanent 40 hours per week Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across a portfolio of Educational & Office sites throughout the Plymouth & Cornwall area.

This is a key leadership role within our team, responsible for ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, staff performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

A Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the implementation of agreed cleaning services to site, in line with the strategic operational plan of Glen Group. In conjunction with sales, business support and Operations Director, the Service Delivery Manager will recommend and build the operating model, including; work balance and hours review, site specification, cleaning schedules, recruitment, providing guidance and training for onsite teams, equipment and consumable management, and regular monitoring and reporting. Group manager is also responsible for regular engagement with the Glen team and the client stakeholders at designated sites, with a focus on supporting our team and enhancing the guest experience.

About You

Proven experience managing cleaning operations across multiple sites, preferably in an education or public sector environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams remotely.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A hands-on, flexible, and solution-focused approach.

Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and cleaning industry regulations.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Staffordshire.
