About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and flexible **Area Mobile Cleaning Operative** to join our team, providing cleaning cover across a varied portfolio of sites throughout the Scotland region.

This is a mobile role covering planned holidays, sickness absence and additional cleaning requirements across a small portilfio. Working closely with our Area Manager, you will help ensure all locations continue to receive a high standard of cleaning service.

Flexibility is essential, as your working hours will be scheduled between 6:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide cleaning cover across multiple sites within Scotland

* Deliver consistently high standards of cleaning.

* Cover annual leave, sickness and emergency staffing requirements.

* Work across a varied growing portfolio of currently sites

* Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures.

* Report any maintenance issues or concerns.

* Work independently and as part of a wider team.

* Liaise with the Area Manager to ensure excellent service delivery.

## What We're Looking For

* Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

* Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.

Flexible to work between 6

00am and 9:p00m as required.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to work across multiple locations.

* Enhanced DBS required (this will be arranged and paid for by the company).
