As a Victim & Witness Support Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to victims and witnesses. Working within a dedicated team, you will undertake a range of administrative and casework duties to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service.
You will support the management and processing of victim-related data, helping to maintain accurate and timely information. The role also involves acting as a key point of contact for members of the public, providing advice, support and information in a professional and sensitive manner. You will work closely with partner agencies and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery and positive outcomes for those we support.
What you’ll do
Accurately input and extract data from systems to support the timely flow of information and effective delivery of victim services.
Receive, assess and allocate information to the correct cases, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and progressed within required timescales.
Coordinate travel, accommodation and financial arrangements for victims and witnesses, maintaining accurate financial records and liaising with CPS.
Manage Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) applications, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely, accurate information is provided.
Maintain comprehensive records and performance data using paper and digital systems to support service delivery and reporting requirements.
