Flooring Sales Estimator

This is a Role dealing with the Sales of Carpet and Flooring Products in our clients brand new Retail Store in Great Park area of Newcastle (Gosforth). You will also visit customers homes to measure up and then prepare Estimates for the floor covering they choose then make sure the fitters are booked to do the job etc,

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients within our retail store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct client visits to assess needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
• Handle inquiries received through the website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist clients in product selection, offering expert advice on flooring options that best suit their requirements.
• Accurately price jobs and estimate costs, ensuring competitive and fair pricing.
• Liaise with fitting teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collect deposits and final balances, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Actively seek new clients through networking and relationship-building efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance social media presence and develop point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Research and identify new suppliers and product ranges to expand offerings and meet market demands.
