Production Operatives | Denby – Immediate Start

We are recruiting Production Operatives for immediate start in Denby. This is a hands-on, versatile role, suitable for candidates who are detail-focused, enjoy working with machinery, or are happy with physical work.

Some roles are ideal for those with excellent attention to detail (e.g., Wax Finishers), while others are more suited for operating machinery and performing physically active tasks (e.g., Injection Operatives).

Shifts & Pay

Evening Finisher Shift

Monday – Thursday, 3:15pm – 1:30am – £13.72 per hour

Weekend Finisher Shift

Friday – Sunday, 5:45am – 6:00pm – £14.13 per hour

Day Finisher Shift

Monday – Thursday, 4:45am – 3:00pm – £12.72 per hour

Injection Operative Shift

Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm – £12.72 per hour before 3pm, £13.22 per hour after 3pm

Key Responsibilities

Detail-Focused Roles (Finisher)

Using small tools for precise finishing

Trimming components to specification

Inspecting products for quality and accuracy

Performing high-detail, meticulous work

Physical &

Machinery Roles (Injection Operative)

Operating ceramic production machinery

Handling and moving materials/heavy lifting

Assisting with component finishing as required
