FLT Counterbalance Driver / Supervisor

PMB Solutions are currently recruiting for our client in Coleshill who are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver / Supervisor to join our busy freezer / refrigerated warehouse team.

You’ll be responsible for moving stock efficiently around the site, supporting goods‑in and goods‑out operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to load, unload, and transport pallets

Support goods‑in and goods‑out processes, including vehicle loading and unloading

Move stock to designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate stock rotation

Assist with pallet wrapping, order picking, and general warehouse duties when required

Complete daily pre‑use checks and report any equipment issues

Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all site safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Strong awareness of health and safety

Good communication skills and a positive team attitude

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational targets

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

What We Offer

£13.46 per hour - £15.00 per hour
