What you will do
- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare protocols
- Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
- Record and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care
- Conduct daily health checks and report any changes in condition to RNs
- Uphold patient dignity and respect at all times in accordance with care plans
What you’ll need
- At least 6 months of recent UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Up-to-date compliance documents and references
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
- Certification in Manual Handling Techniques
- A compassionate and caring approach, with excellent communication skills
