Retail Shop Manager

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Shop Manager to lead the team at our Diss Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and manage one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

You’ll support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, drive community engagement, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive and efficiently retail environment while supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families.

What you’ll be doing

Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

Creating a welcoming, inclusive and well-presented shop environment.

Driving performance through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional activity.

Building strong relationships in the local community to encourage donations and volunteer support.

Managing day-to-day operations including health & safety, stock rotation, and financial reporting.
