Description;
Millison Chase Limited is currently recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne (C1) Drivers for ongoing healthcare supplies distribution work with one of our trusted logistics clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional 7.5T Drivers looking for regular work delivering essential medical and healthcare supplies to hospitals, healthcare centres, medical facilities, GP surgeries, and community healthcare locations across the local area.
The role involves delivering goods on roll cages, completing between 5 and 8 drops per shift using a tail lift and some handball to safely position deliveries within customer premises.
Routes are local, allowing drivers to return to the depot each day while providing an important service to the healthcare sector.
Drivers can choose from Monday to Friday day shifts or Sunday to Thursday night shifts. Shift lengths are typically 10 to 12 hours, with all work planned in accordance with Drivers' Hours Regulations and current transport legislation.
This is an ongoing opportunity offering competitive PAYE rates, weekly pay, and the chance to work within a professional and supportive transport operation.
Pay & Progression;
Days (Monday to Friday)
£13.50 per hour
Nights (Sunday to Thursday)
£14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities;
Delivering healthcare and medical supplies to healthcare facilities
Completing between 5 and 8 deliveries per shift
Operating a 7.5 Tonne vehicle safely and professionally
Using a tail lift and roll cages to complete deliveries
Carrying out some handball when positioning goods
Completing vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
Accurately completing delivery paperwork
Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Following Drivers' Hours and road transport legislation
Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
