Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of luxury residential projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the exceptional standards expected within the high-end residential market.

Key responsibilities will include

• Managing site operations from groundworks through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
• Maintaining programme schedules and driving productivity
• Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Monitoring quality throughout all stages of construction
• Managing site records, inspections and project documentation
• Resolving site issues and maintaining project momentum

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have

• Previous experience delivering bespoke or high-value residential properties
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• SMSTS qualification
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Full UK driving licence
