Job Description
Provide dedicated, compassionate one-to-one support to promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Support will be tailored to the individual's unique needs, communication style, and sensory profile, assisting with daily living activities, social engagement, community access, personal safety, and emotional wellbeing. The role involves building a trusting and supportive relationship, encouraging participation in meaningful activities, and providing consistent, person-centred support that respects individual preferences, choices, and routines.

Roles and Responsibilities
To provide consistent, compassionate, one-to-one support tailored to the individual's needs, promoting safety, dignity, independence, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life in line with their support plan and family guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, person-centred support at home and in the community.
Follow established routines and support strategies.
Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.
Support communication, social engagement, and participation in activities.
Be mindful of sensory needs and adapt support accordingly.
Ensure the individual's safety and report any concerns.
Work positively with family members and relevant professionals.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
