About Us

Hydrosave is a leading specialist pipeline inspection, leak detection, valve maintenance and water audit company. The business is

dedicated to finding new ways to optimise the efficient use, maintenance and management of water networks.

Hydrosave works as a tier one framework supplier to UK water utilities and as a trusted partner to consultants, contractors and

commercial water customers. Focusing purely on underground infrastructure, innovation and specialist expertise is the focus: our

people are water industry experts with unparalleled experience and in-depth knowledge of their technical disciplines.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Leakage Data Analyst to support the delivery of the Thames Water Leakage Framework.

In this role, you will use data to identify leakage opportunities, target field activity, and maximise the effectiveness of

leakage reduction campaigns. Working closely with operational teams, supervisors, and clients, you'll help drive performance,

improve productivity, and ensure robust data management across leakage and unaccounted-for water investigations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and making a tangible impact on

operational performance and water network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse network and operational data to identify leakage opportunities and direct field investigations.

* Develop and optimise tactical plans for District Metered Area (DMA) campaigns using a continuous improvement approach (Plan,

Do, Check, Act).

* Identify and provide points of interest for suspected leakage and unaccounted-for water investigations.

* Measure campaign performance and provide insights against contractual KPIs.

* Monitor repair SLAs, operational compliance, and leakage resolution timescales.

* Support the coordination and analysis of lift-and-shift logger programmes.

* Coordinate in-pipe camera survey activities and ensure accurate recording of outcomes.

* Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, findings, and improvement opportunities.

* Provide actionable recommendations and performance insights to management and operational teams

* Attend campaign planning and review meetings with Leakage Optimisation Teams.

* Participate in client meetings and provide updates on campaign progress and performance.

* Proactively identify and escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders.

* Ensure accurate and robust recording of operational data and campaign outcomes.

* Maintain comprehensive audit trails to support contract delivery and performance reporting.

* Support the Leakage Programme Lead with reporting, analysis, and performance metrics for client and management reviews.

What you’ll need

* Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

* Knowledge of water networks, leakage management, or utilities operations.

* Experience supporting field-based operational teams.

* Understanding of DMA management, leakage detection techniques, or unaccounted-for water investigations.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and data management systems.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

* A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
