Monday to Thursday

0730 - 1700

Friday 0730 - 1630

2 Saturdays per month - 2 on 2 off rota.

As a Trade Counter representative for you client, you will play a vital role in providing top tier customer service and product knowledge to customers. You will help drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction, making you an integral part of our team. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business's growth and success.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers at the trade counter, providing product information and recommendations.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Maintain stock levels and ensure the trade counter is well-presented.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a trade counter sales role, preferably within the building and construction industry.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Basic knowledge of building materials and products is advantageous.
