Are you an experienced educator looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Long-Term Supply Teacher for a full-time role starting in November 2024 through to July 2025 in Reigate, Surrey.

What the Role Involves

As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for the full range of teaching duties, just as a permanent class teacher would.

This includes

• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum
• Planning and preparing lesson materials
• Assessing and marking student's work to track progress
• Attending and participating in parent's evenings and staff meetings
• Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Collaborating with staff and working closely with teaching assistants

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a long-term position, build rapport with the school community, and make a meaningful difference to the education of young learners.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
• Confidence in teaching Year 2 or experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
