Requirements

• Food hygiene level 2
• Chef whites
• Own knives (preferable, but not a requirement)
• Experience of planning menus (Ensuring all dietary requirements are considered: vegetarian, gluten-free etc)
• You must adhere to food hygiene regulations and make sure the kitchen is compliant with food safety legislation
