Your role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Manufacturing team at our Barton Recovery site,

located in Barton-Under-Needwood, DE13 8EB.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all office-based activities at site.

These include

* Managing the order processing system from both email and telephone to ensure all customer orders are delivered in full and on

time.

* Assisting the Site Manager to ensure all sales and procurement paperwork is produced and completed correctly.

* Accurately input data and liaise with customers and vendors whilst driving first class customer service.

* Liaising with Customers and the Site Manager to resolve any issues in the event of a customer complaint.

About you

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Full working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience within a busy, face paced office environment.

* Willingness to undertake relevant training to fulfil the role.
