About this role

​Equans is looking for a Performance & Support Services Manager to join the team at Manchester Joint Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. The candidate will be responsible for performance management and reporting for all aspects of the MJH Lifecycle Account, including PMO, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Technical Compliance, Finance, HR and Procurement, to produce measurable, continuous improvement to the performance of the account. A key responsibility will also be to develop and implement transformation programmes to deliver business improvements The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the FM industry in a similar role. Previous experience working with PFI and projects would be desirable. Great attention to detail, data savvy, confident with reporting. What will you deliver?Form part of the on-site senior management team, delivering to agreed service levels within agreed budgetsProvide leadership and guidance to the team to increase performance thorough consistency and innovationResponsible for day-to-day monitoring of performance and operational reporting to understand and analyse contract performance. Co-ordinating with the site based PMO and technical resourcesSupport the Account Direct/Site Leadership team by producing service reports, daily/weekly updates, and other reports as requiredBe the Site Leadership team lead for sustainability, engaging with central sustainability support functions and delivering tangible and measurable sustainability benefitsMonitor performance of the account daily to identify trends and minimise failures by providing advice, feedback, and updates to the team in the promotion of best practiceDevelop, agree, and review processes necessary to deliver the account more effectivelyProvide and deliver monthly performance reportsIdentify issues and pro-actively offer solutions to improve performance, to include implementation of action/improvement plans where requiredUndertake root-cause and trend analysis of performance data, ascertaining trends & documenting improvement actions developed with service managers to address challenges, variances, or riskDevelop working relationships & improve communication with the team and all other members of staffInitiate & manage roll out of companywide initiatives to site based staff; encourage & maximise team participationInteract with Senior Managers and Directors within Equans and Client and attend meetings as requiredBe point of contact and provide advice on day-to-day account performance queriesTake ownership of client complaints and queries and follow through to resolution What can we offer you?
