About this role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible 2 Mobile Cleaning Operative's to join our team, providing cleaning cover across a varied portfolio of sites throughout Stoke-On-Trent area.
This is a mobile role covering planned holidays, sickness absence and additional cleaning requirements across education, office, library and housing sites. Working closely with our Area Manager, you will help ensure all locations continue to receive a high standard of cleaning service.
Flexibility is essential, as your working hours will be scheduled between 6:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide cleaning cover across multiple sites within West Berkshire.
* Deliver consistently high standards of cleaning.
* Cover annual leave, sickness and emergency staffing requirements.
* Work across a varied portfolio including
* Schools and education settings
* Offices
* Libraries
* Housing schemes
* Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures.
* Report any maintenance issues or concerns.
* Work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Liaise with the Area Manager to ensure excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
* Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.

Flexible to work between 6
00am and 8:00pm as required.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work across multiple locations.
* Enhanced DBS required (this will be arranged and paid for by the company).
What We Offer
* £13.31 per hour.
* 20 guaranteed hours per week with unlimited Overtime.
* Monday to Friday – no regular weekend work.
* Company van and fuel card provided. UK driving required
