We are seeking to appoint a permanent, part-time (18.13 hours) Print Unit Assistant who will work as a member of the Print Unit team to support the efficient and timely delivery of printing and document services within the organisation.
This includes operating and maintaining printing and copying equipment, preparing and processing print jobs to a high standard of accuracy and quality, and ensuring that all materials are produced in line with organisational requirements and deadlines. The role also contributes to maintaining adequate supplies, supporting staff with print-related queries, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the print unit.
Candidates should be educated to a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C (incl. English and Maths) or NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject area or with equivalent relevant experience.
Experience of dealing with queries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders is essential, as well as an understanding of good customer care and quality service.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
