Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious, organised, and flexible PCN Administrator to support the delivery and development of services across Valentine Health PCN. Working closely with the PCN Manager and Clinical Director, you will play a key role in supporting organisational projects, commissioned services, workforce initiatives, and the day-to-day administration of the network. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCN leadership team. Coordinate PCN meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, papers, and action logs. Support the administration of commissioned services including ARRS, Enhanced Access (EA DES), CAIP, and health inequality initiatives. Assist in the preparation of reports, claims, and strategic documentation, including ARRS reporting. Process invoices, purchasing requests, and other financial administration tasks. Support workforce and project administration on behalf of the PCN Clinical Director. Monitor and report on progress against PCN DES indicators and action plans. Build positive relationships with practices, staff, patients, and external stakeholders. Support clinical teams and PCN projects to ensure the smooth running of services. Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the ongoing development of the PCN.
What We're Looking For Essential
Experience working within Primary Care. Experience using EMIS Web. GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent). Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
