Mechanic (Automotive) - 688279

The primary purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and overhaul complex major components and systems of combustion-powered automotive vehicles, electric-powered vehicles and equipment, towed vehicles and equipment, over-the-road trucks, and comparable vehicles. You will be responsible for performing troubleshooting defects and diagnosing malfunctions and maintaining, repairing, and/or overhauling complex major components and systems You will interpret and apply manufacturers’ repair manuals and technical specifications, schematics, engineering drawings, diagnostic codes, computer printouts and environmental and safety manuals. In the course of your duties, you will utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains safe and clean work environment
