About this role

West Norfolk Academies Trust are looking to appoint a Primary Trust Assistant SENCo to join their team.

As a Primary Trust Assistant SENCo you will work with the Trust SENCo and the team to ensure outstanding provision and outcomes for our students with additional needs through developing and ensuring high quality of teaching, effective use of resources and high standards of achievement.

Although this post is listed as working from Gaywood Primary School, this may be subject to change.

This position is across all primary sites within West Norfolk Academies Trust and the Windmill Federation through our SLA agreement. Therefore, driving is essential.

37hrs per week. 40 weeks per year (term time +2 weeks to include Parents’ Evening and Open Evenings)

Salary

Scale G, Pt 19-22, £16.61 - £17.46/hour (FTE £32,061 - £33,699 per year, based on a 37hr week) Please note this salary will be paid pro rata

Full time desirable but part time would be considered

Temporary till 31st August 2027

Full Driving License is Essential
