OFSTED Registered Service Manager – Part Time or Freelance: From £17 per hour DOE

Our clients in the Kingston, Hillingdon and Wandsworth Boroughs in Southwest and West London, are looking for a Part time or Freelance experienced OFSTED Registered Manager, for Supported Living Services young person aged 16 to 18.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for the management, and regulatory compliance of the supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 18. The Registered Manager will ensure full compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and delivers safe, high-quality, outcome-focused support that promotes independence and positive transitions into adulthood.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Ofsted registration and ensure compliance across all services.

• Lead and prepare for Ofsted inspections and implement required improvements.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, service quality, and safeguarding practice.

• Provide leadership and line management to Service Managers and staff teams.

• Ensure safeguarding concerns and serious incidents are managed and reported appropriately.

• Monitor quality assurance, audits, risk assessments, and support plans.

• Promote young people’s voice, rights, and participation in care planning.

• Build effective multi-agency partnerships with local authorities and professionals.
