At Advantis Credit, our Collections Agents are the heartbeat of what we do. You’ll be on the frontline – connecting with customers, breaking down stigmas around debt, and guiding them toward solutions that work for everyone. With 150 of our 250-strong team in Contact Centre Collections, this is where we live and breathe customer care.

What You’ll Do

Handle both inbound and outbound calls, expertly navigating conversations to collect overdue payments

Build rapport and empathy quickly, tailoring payment plans to individual circumstances

Use top-tier communication and negotiation skills to reach fair, respectful resolutions

Aim for “first call resolution” on every interaction, balancing speed with quality

Escalate complex queries and disputes to the right team when needed
