We are looking to hire energetic and reliable Personal Assistants to support a young woman to live life to the fullest and enjoy everything her community has to offer.
This is a really rewarding role for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and making a positive difference in someone’s everyday life.
About your employer
You will be supporting a vibrant young woman who loves being active, creative, and out in the community. She enjoys horse riding, swimming, biking, going for walks, shopping trips, baking, dancing, and relaxing at home.
She’s at her best when she feels confident, supported, and able to try new things—and that’s where you come in.
About the role
This isn’t just about helping with tasks—it’s about spending time together, building trust, and supporting her to feel confident and independent.
Some days you might be out and about, heading to activities, going shopping, or trying something new. Other days might be slower pace at home, baking, reading, or just enjoying games and sensory activities.
You’ll be there to encourage, support, and make sure she feels safe and comfortable in whatever she is doing.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Encouraging her independence and supporting her to make her own choices
• Getting out into the community for walks, shopping, and other activities
• Supporting the things she already loves, like horse riding, swimming, and biking
• Helping her try new activities and building confidence
• Spending relaxed time at home—baking, reading, or creative/sensory activities
• Supporting with personal care when needed, always respectfully and with dignity
• Helping with meals and supporting her when eating
• Always being aware of her safety.
