About this role
We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Nursing Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn Grange, we provide care and nursing support for up to 54 people, supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Hours
3 or 4 days per week
Shift Times
06:45-19:00 including some weekends and bank holidays
Location
Linden Road, Creswell, S80
Rate of pay
£22-23 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Care planning
Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
Medication administration
Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
Monitoring resident wellbeing
Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
Leadership and supervision
Supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift. Completion of audits and supervisions. On call duties may be required.
Multidisciplinary working
Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
