Job Overview
The Complex Physical Health Support Worker is responsible for delivering person-centered care directly in people's homes working under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RGNs). This role will be vital in helping people live safely, independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and clinical care, including respiratory support (oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BiPAP).
Deliver feeding support (NGT/PEG/gastronomy, pump feeding).
Support with catheter and stoma care, toileting, continence needs.
Promote safe mobility, skin integrity and pressure area care.
Work collaboratively with nurses and wider health professionals.
