£27k-£30k per annum DOE + OTE Earnings

Daniel Owen is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Farnborough office.

Candidate Relationships

Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.

Talent Sourcing

Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for permanent opportunities.

Recruitment Support

Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.

Permanent Recruitment

Support the team with permanent white collar construction recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.

Client Relationships

Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
