SIA Principal Trainers and SIA Training Instructors: freelance or part time - £160/day

We are seeking experienced, qualified SIA Principal Trainers and SIA Training Instructors to join our professional training team based in West London. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging SIA licence-linked training sessions, full courses and refreshers. This position offers a great opportunity to utilise your teaching expertise and technical skills within a collaborative environment. Duties

* Deliver DS and Security Guarding programmes – full & refresher.

* Facilitate engaging classroom or virtual sessions, ensuring clarity and learner engagement through effective presentation skills.

* Mentor and support learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.

* Develop and update training materials, ensuring content remains current and relevant.

* Maintain accurate attendance records and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback collection.

* Complete mandatory paperwork to contract compliance and quality standards.
