We are recruiting for 10 General Operators (Manual Packing) to join a world-class manufacturing team in Swindon on a 6-month contract with an immediate start.

The Role
Working in a regulated cleanroom environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting manual packing operations.
Your day-to-day duties will include

Manually packing product-filled vials according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assisting with materials handling and transferring components into the packing area.

Completing end-of-line packaging, labeling, and in-process weight checks.

Carrying out cleaning and routine maintenance of packing areas and equipment to cGMP standards.

Logging and completing production documentation accurately.
What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications
GCSE-level Mathematics and English
-
Key Strengths
Strong attention to detail, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to maintain high concentration levels over extended periods

Preferred Experience
Past experience working within pharmaceutical, food, or other highly regulated production environments

Core Understanding
A basic awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP, or Data Integrity is highly desirable
