Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer (Part Time)

About the Role

This is a fixed-term role until July 2027, based on 14 hours per week. You must be available to work on Thursday & Friday.

Leeds City College are looking for a Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer to provide an excellent potential student experience in terms of an efficient and streamlined process for all stages of recruitment with a strong focus on the conversion of inquiries to enrolment.

Please note while the position is based on 14 hours per week, there may be an opportunity to work up to 16 hours per week if you would prefer this.

*Actual salary for 14 hours commencing at £9,911 with progression to £10,161 per annum.

What You Will Do

Be the first point of contact for potential students, including Application and course inquiries.

Offer Matrix standard of advice and guidance to potential students.

Attend external events across the region – including evenings and weekends.

Support the interview events providing an excellent experience for potential students, parents, and external stakeholders.

Deal with all Applications with efficiently and in a timely manner to meet our Service Level Agreements.

Process applications ensure all offers have been made to potential students.
