Waking night care assistant- Bexhill on Sea

Care Assistant- Nights to support a lovely lady in Bexhill-On-Sea.

2 Waking night shifts per week- 8.45pm to 9am

£17.00 - £22.00 Per Hour

We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Care assistant to join our amazing night complex care team in Bexhill-On-Sea. You will be supporting our lovely client, who lives with a Brain Injury and will require support with all aspects of personal care, moving & handling and her day to day living. She also has a PEG in place for all of her food and medication.

Our client is engaged in rehabilitation – her support team will be working within a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, with a lot of learning opportunities. We are looking for people who will be able to provide the important care that our client requires.

Duties will include but not limited to

Personal care, including continence care

Moving and Positioning using manual hoist on a 2:1 basis

Peg feeding- all medication and nutrition is given via PEG

Suctioning for secretion management

Full client specific training will be provided by our brilliant nursing team. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.

Your experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience in complex care would be beneficial.
