Your Responsibilities

✅ Deliver high-quality, family-centred nursing care to infants, children, and young people.

✅ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

✅ Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and local policies.

✅ Monitor patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.

✅ Work collaboratively with consultants, paediatricians, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

✅ Maintain accurate clinical documentation while providing compassionate, patient-centred care.

✔️ Requirements

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RCN)

‍⚕️ Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience within a paediatric setting

Previous NHS experience is desirable

Excellent communication and clinical skills
