Easy Pet Planner is building a modern SaaS platform designed to help service-based businesses manage bookings, customers, staff, payments, and growth more efficiently. We are currently expanding our sales network and are looking for motivated Regional Sales Representatives to help introduce the platform to businesses within assigned territories.

This is an opportunity for driven sales professionals who want flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to grow with an expanding technology platform.

Key Responsibilities.

• Identify and approach businesses within your assigned territory

• Present the platform and explain its benefits clearly

• Generate new business subscriptions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Support customer retention after onboarding

• Ensure clients remain engaged beyond initial sign up

• Represent the company professionally within your region

Territory Structure

• Representatives may be assigned to one state, multiple states, or regional territories depending on market size

• Territory performance will be monitored to maximize growth opportunities

• Additional representatives may be introduced into underperforming territories if required

Compensation Structure

• Commission based only

• Total commission is 14% per sale, based on the annual sale value

Month 1

50 percent of total commission earned per sale

Month 2

Remaining commission paid as retention-based earnings

• £10 Quarterly bonuses available based on retained active clients

• Commissions start at £50 per sale, and can reach several hundred per sale, based on the product sold.

• Annual bonus for every client that has been retained for 12 months: Every sales rep who still works for us after 12 months and generates monthly sales will receive an extra bonus of £15.00. For every customer they retained for 12 months they worked on commission basis.

• The commission and bonuses combined, can reach 21% of the annual sale value

This structure is designed to reward both strong sales performance and client retention.
