Warehouse Operative (FLT Counterbalance)

Our client, a leading multi-beverage manufacturer known for producing a diverse range of well-known UK brands, is actively seeking a dynamic and committed Warehouse Operative to join their team at the Mansfield site.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders being picked correctly using in-house systems and meeting or exceeding performance targets with a flexible and hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully repackage products while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Preparing orders for shipment by checking labels and ensuring packaging was secure.
• Keeping the work area tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Help monitor stock levels and take part in routine inventory counts.
• Working closely with colleagues to complete daily workloads and met production deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• FLT Counterbalance is required for this position (in-house licences are also accepted)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, packing, or similar fast-paced environment
• Experience operating an LLOP truck is beneficial, although full training can be provided
• Able to work confidently on your own as well as contribute effectively within a team
• Well organised, with the ability to manage tasks and use initiative when needed
• Comfortable adapting to changing workloads and business demands

Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern

• Rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00.
• AM & PM shifts - Monday to Friday
• Nights - Sunday to Thursday
• Sunday night shift is 19:00-03:00

Pay Rate

• £14.52 per hour
• £8.04 uplift per night shift
