Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and committed team. Our nursery provides a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and develop through meaningful play experiences.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, building strong relationships with children and families, and helping to create an environment where every child feels valued, confident and supported.

The Role Includes

Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework.

Creating engaging learning opportunities based on children’s individual interests and developmental needs.

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Completing observations, assessments and supporting children’s next steps.

Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.

Encouraging children’s independence, confidence and curiosity.

Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies at all times.
