About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to champion person-centred approaches that improve the quality of life for an individual who may display behaviours of concern. The PBS Lead will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff teams, ensuring that positive behaviour support principles are embedded throughout service delivery. There will be a focus on community access and therefore being able to drive the client's vehicle would be advantageous.
This role offers flexible working arrangements to enable community access at different times & days, across a 25-hour week, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

Person Specification/ Essential Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification in Health & Social Care, Psychology, Learning Disabilities, Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support and supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of person-centred practices and behavioural assessment techniques.
- Experience developing and implementing PBS plans.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Flexible Working Arrangements
- This role is contracted for 25 hours per week with flexibility in how hours are worked, subject to service needs.
