Are you a passionate Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Room Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality care and education within one of our nursery rooms.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about creating inspiring learning environments, supporting children’s development and guiding a team to achieve excellent outcomes.

As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring children receive exceptional care and education through a nurturing, child-centred approach. You will lead your room team, support staff development and create an environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.

The Role Includes

Leading and supporting a team of Early Years Practitioners within your room.

Creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment that reflects children’s interests and developmental needs.

Ensuring high-quality learning opportunities are provided in line with the EYFS framework.

Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities and experiences.

Completing and overseeing observations, assessments and next steps for children.

Ensuring children’s individual needs, including SEND requirements, are recognised and supported.

Building strong relationships with children, families and professionals.

Acting as a positive role model and supporting colleagues through coaching and mentoring.

Promoting excellent safeguarding practice and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Supporting the effective organisation and daily running of the room.

Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of practice.
