School Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and proactive School Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a busy school site in Bolton.

Leading a team of two Site Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, well maintained, and fully operational. Alongside the operational management of the site, you will take ownership of statutory compliance, maintaining accurate records and managing compliance documentation through the school's electronic compliance management system.

A key part of this role is the administration and monitoring of compliance using the iAM Compliant system. Previous experience with iAM Compliant would be highly desirable, although full training can be provided to candidates with strong compliance and facilities management experience.
