We are currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to support quick service restaurant (QSR) venues across Canterbury. This is a great opportunity to join a reliable, friendly, and switched on team focused on creating safe and welcoming environments for both customers and staff.

Purpose of Role

To provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property by managing entry, monitoring behaviour, and responding to incidents in a professional and customer friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers and staff

Manage queues effectively to maintain a smooth and controlled flow of entry and exit

Monitor behaviour inside and outside the venue to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere

Enforce venue policies and procedures in line with licensing requirements

De-escalate situations using conflict management techniques

Respond to incidents professionally and in line with company procedures

Accurately record and report incidents where required

Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth day to day operations
