I am a bubbly, but very chilled 4 year old girl with hydrocephalus and a heart condition. I am non verbal, tube fed and can crawl and sit up independently.

My mum would like you to take me out to the park and support me with play activities at home. My favourite activities are watching Bluey on tv and looking at my Blue books, stacking boxes and bouncing.

You would also be required to change my nappies, bathe and dress me, tube feed me, and keep me safe and supervised at all times. Although aged 4 I am more the size of a 1.5 year old.

Experience in providing support to children with disabilities, patience and reliability is essential. Driver with own car needed.

You must also be fit and healthy to undertake the required duties. The role will include lifting me, pushing me in my pushchair, and carrying me up/down stairs.
