We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Group Operations team, based at our state-of-the-art TSOC office in Manchester, acting as the first point of contact for Mitie clients.
Role Responsibilities
-Act as the first point of contact for Mitie clients, providing a high level of customer service across telephone and email channels.
-Use internal systems to accurately record, manage and track jobs, ensuring all information is logged correctly.
-Raise service requests and route enquiries to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
-Advise customers on entitlements, service updates and next steps, ensuring clear and helpful communication throughout.
-Liaise with internal departments to support workflow management and ensure customer requests are progressed efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a customer-facing or call centre environment.
-Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
-Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
-Strong attention to detail, ensuring all customer requests are accurately recorded and managed.
-A proactive team player with the ability to take ownership of workloads and maintain a professional approach to work.
