As a Senior Project Manager you will lead the profitable delivery of customer projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver all projects in line with financial targets and budget expectations

-Manage work in progress (WIP) and ensure timely and accurate invoicing

-Follow established project processes and procedures at all times

-Provide leadership, support and guidance to Project Managers

-Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing clients and third parties

-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders, including procurement

-Manage subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery

-Oversee full project lifecycle from scope development through to practical completion

-Coordinate with client representatives and Contract Managers to ensure delivery within agreed timescales

-Collaborate with Commercial teams on planning, pricing and delivery

-Complete site safety documentation including risk assessments, method statements and inspections in line with company procedures

-Ensure compliance with all commercial processes and documentation requirements

-Maintain accurate and timely project records and reporting

-Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety standards

-Participate in relevant training, development and appraisal activities

-Support wider team and business needs as required

What We Are Looking For

-Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong delivery track record

-Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, mechanical and electrical project management

-Minimum of 5 years' experience within contract or facilities management

-Relevant professional qualifications desirable

-Strong client and customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships

-Demonstrated experience of performance management and team leadership

-Ability to coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary project delivery

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Evidence of delivering projects successfully against time, cost and quality targets

-Commercially aware with a structured and process-driven approach

-Flexible and able to support out-of-hours requirements where needed
