We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Manager to join a growing and well-established company specialising in commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of being a bid manager managing the tender process from start to finish, producing high-quality submissions, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full tendering process from initial enquiry through to submission.
  • Review tender documentation and identify key requirements.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit compelling, compliant bid proposals.
  • Liaise with estimating, commercial, operations, and design teams to gather technical information.
  • Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain and develop a library of bid content and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor tender opportunities and manage bid pipelines.
  • Attend internal meetings to coordinate bid strategies and improve win rates.
  • Support post-tender interviews and client presentations where required.
  • Bid Manager or similar experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bid Manager, Bid Coordinator, or Tender Manager.
  • Experience within the construction, interior fit-out, refurbishment, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with online tender portals.
