Service Coordinator – Futures Together (West and South Essex)
15 hours per week | Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027
We are looking for an enthusiastic and community-focused Service Coordinator to lead the social inclusion element of the Futures Together service across West and South Essex.
Futures Together combines the expertise of Essex Phoenix Futures’ Criminal Justice and Social Inclusion services to provide meaningful support, opportunities, and positive outcomes for the people we work with.
