We work with many of the world's leading FMCG manufacturers and continue to expand our global distribution network. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious International Sales Administrator to join our growing export team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or Master's degree holder looking to build a long-term career in international sales and global trade.
You will work closely with our International Sales Managers, supporting customers worldwide while gaining valuable experience in export documentation, customer relationship management, logistics coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Support the International Sales Team with daily sales administration.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and export documentation.
Communicate with international customers via email, telephone and video meetings.
Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Monitor customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records within the company ERP/CRM system.
Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability and pricing.
Research new international markets and potential customers.
Assist with trade exhibitions, customer visits and marketing campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance data.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable
MBA or Master's in International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related discipline.
Experience in international trade, export, logistics or FMCG.
Additional language skills would be an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
